FOX Factory needs to ensure quality performance, cost parameters, accuracy, and speed in their manufacturing operations by leading and motivating a team, arranging daily team meetings for smooth workflow and timely delivery, and training new workers on department processes and equipment operation.

- Arranges daily team meetings to focus on smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Trains new workers on department processes and operation of specific equipment.
- Plans, assigns and coordinates workload across the team
- Maintains continuity between work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
- Resolves operational or manufacturing problems
- Ensures daily preventative maintenance takes place
- Facilitates problem solving

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. on regular basis
- Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
