Hydrafacial is seeking a Quality Control Lead to ensure products meet established standards and specifications and to drive continuous improvement across operations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and testing equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with NetSuite and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Ensure inspections follow established standards and specifications.
  • Identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support development and implementation of quality control procedures.
  • Review and update inspection specifications and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection results and corrective actions.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits.

Other

  • Lead, mentor, and train quality inspection team members.
  • Coordinate daily inspection tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive improvements.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of quality inspection experience, including 1–2 years in a lead role.
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
  • Associate degree or higher in a related field.
