Hydrafacial is seeking a Quality Control Lead to ensure products meet established standards and specifications and to drive continuous improvement across operations.
Requirements
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with NetSuite and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensure inspections follow established standards and specifications.
- Identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Support development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Review and update inspection specifications and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and corrective actions.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Other
- Lead, mentor, and train quality inspection team members.
- Coordinate daily inspection tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Assist with performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive improvements.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of quality inspection experience, including 1–2 years in a lead role.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Associate degree or higher in a related field.
