AVIAN is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to support their customer in Panama City Beach, Florida, ensuring products and manufacturing processes meet established quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Ability to solve technical problems related to engineering and manufacturing processes
- Training in engineering skills and techniques
- Practical understanding of core engineering concepts
- Experience in testing equipment to confirm process effectiveness and safety
- Ability to interpret engineering plans and technical drawings
- Proficiency in computer-aided drafting (CAD) software
- Familiarity with material specifications and fabrication methods
Responsibilities
- Ability to solve technical problems related to engineering and manufacturing processes
- Ensure that products and manufacturing processes meet established quality and safety standards
- Experience in testing equipment to confirm process effectiveness and safety
- Ability to interpret engineering plans and technical drawings
- Contribute to the design and fabrication of test specimens
- Proficiency in computer-aided drafting (CAD) software
- Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings for model construction
Other
- 5 years professional experience related to field (Mid Level)
- 10 years professional experience related to field (Senior Level)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- This position has an on-site requirement in Panama City Beach, Florida and is not eligible for fully remote candidates at this time.
