Honeywell is looking to ensure that their products meet the highest quality standards by supervising a team of quality inspectors, CMM operators, and NDT inspectors to maintain exceptional quality control processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supervising quality control teams.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding GD&T.
- Knowledge with CMM operations and NDT inspection techniques.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide direction to quality inspectors, CMM operators, and NDT inspectors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with established quality control procedures.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, applying GD&T principles to ensure accurate inspections.
- Work with the scheduling department to prioritize inspection jobs.
- Track key quality indicators and report daily to direct manager.
- Keep the Metrology gages up to data and the GX5
- Review QN's with inspection team daily and work with the PE to resolve the issues.
Other
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Review time keeping and attendance file to assure we have the required inspection and support for the supporting areas.
- Mangane the Receiving inspecting area for Daily Priorities of incoming orders and units.
- Work with the PRB team on rejection and return
