Requirements
Competent with use of Microsoft Office Suite and Minitab Statistical Analysis software (or equivalent)
Experience organizing, analyzing, and presenting data
Strong attention to detail
Strong organization skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Customer service-oriented with ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with individuals on all levels
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
Analysis of complaint trends
Leading cross-functional quality investigations
Presenting data and investigation findings to a broad cross-functional audience
Representing the team in cross-functional quality investigations
Applying sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues
Assuring the development and execution of streamlined business systems which effectively identify and resolve quality issues
Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
