Regal Rexnord Corporation is looking to solve the problem of ensuring high-quality products and services by designing and executing control plans, auditing control plans, and ensuring containment and corrective action in the event of non-conformance.
Requirements
- Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years
- APICS (CPIM, CIRM) certification preferred
- Knowledge of quality control plans and auditing
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of internal quality metrics and effectiveness
- Experience with corrective action and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of quality planning and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Designs and executes the control plan, audits to ensure that control plans are being followed, and ensures containment and corrective action in the event of non-conformance.
- May coach and develop Quality Engineers and Specialists.
- Coordinates report outs of the data analysis from multiple Quality Engineers on multiple projects, and product lines.
- Includes customer line and field analysis, corrective action effectiveness, and overall internal quality metrics effectiveness.
- Designs the internal standards to be followed by the Quality Specialist and Quality Engineers.
- Reviews and evaluates the effectiveness of the quality planning for continuous improvement.
- Evaluates the root cause corrective action requirements and assigns appropriate internal personnel and external experts as needed.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Materials Management/Purchasing.
- 5+ years of experience
- Must be able to work in a typical manufacturing facility including walking, climbing, and moving equipment.
