Honeywell is looking to ensure the quality and reliability of their products through effective quality engineering practices, by developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections, and analyzing quality data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and SPC techniques.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience with quality management systems and processes,
- Experience with SQL is preferred,
- Experience in Metal casting, Powder casting, or Thermal Mechanical Process is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Analyze data and implement corrective actions to improve product quality
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes
- Interact with customers resolving quality and reliability concerns / feedback.
- Quarterly process capability study for all customers.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering,
- 1-5 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role
- Six Sigma Green belt is preferred; Six Sigma Black Belt is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
