Requirements
- Has knowledge in Quality Science Arena
- Manufacturing, CMM, CNC knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of Aerospace
- Root Cause & Corrective Action including Continuous Improvement
- Six Sigma Greenbelt trained/certified a plus
- CNC, Mfg. Knowledge, ITAR experience, FAI, PPAP, 8D, etc.
- AS9100 auditor certified or ability to become AS9100 auditor
Responsibilities
- Meet Customer requirements for Quality Metrics
- Interface with Branch Quality Leadership on all quality issues
- Ensure all branches meet root cause and customer metrics
- Work on Continuous Improvement projects with branches to improve quality and reduce escapes
- Maintain quality charts, graphs and facilitate rapid root cause at all branches
- Ability to read prints and drawings
- PC literacy (for example, Excel, Word, data entry, computer transactions) required
Other
- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Related field
- 3 to 5 years experience in manufacturing and quality control methods and techniques
