HYVE Solutions is looking to ensure the safety, quality, and compliance of their products through the development and implementation of inspection and testing protocols.
Requirements
- Proven understanding of mechanical drawing and/or tools
- A good understanding of server level component design and operation, as well as computer system level integration processes and interoperability.
- Working knowledge of MS Office programs; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hands on experience with quality system training including understanding of SPC (Statistics Process Control) principles and tools.
- Understanding of GLP, GMP, ISO, and Six Sigma regulatory standards
- Experience with quality control and manufacturing
- Experience with leadership and project management
Responsibilities
- Host all third party regulatory compliance audits.
- Ensure all components from critical component lists are included in IQC inspection
- Review all component addition ECOs to ensure compliance with critical component lists
- Assess and evaluate all reliability testing, equipment service and calibration and the verification process.
- Perform failure analyses, root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up.
- Execute internal audits on QMS, EMS, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Coordinate UL (Underwriter’s Laboratory) and other regulatory factory audits.
Other
- BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or relevant discipline plus 3 years of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume, and diverse environment across functions to produce expected results.
- Flexibility to work as business needs require which may include long days, occasional evenings and weekends, and travel to all manufacturing and warehouse locations, for business meetings or training.
- Established ability prioritizing and managing multiple projects to meet strict deadlines.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
