The Boeing Company is looking to ensure its Quality Management System requirements are met by developing, implementing, and supporting efficient and effective quality methods, tools, and processes within the 787 Quality Core Team.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or another regulated industry
- 5+ years experience reviewing and authoring technical documentation
- 5+ years experience applying Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) or other similar rigorous problem/analysis/resolution processes
- Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard
- Experience with analytics tools & software
Responsibilities
- Analyze engineering documentation to determine process capability and conformance
- Perform audits of critical safety statement of work for engineering, build plan, and conformance planning improvements
- Review and improve current build plan for simplification and standardization
- Perform continuous improvement of Quality Engineering processes
Other
- 5+ years experience managing projects with cross-functional stakeholders and teammates
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with an emphasis on positive relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
