The Boeing Company is looking to solve supplier quality issues by developing and implementing quality planning documents to support programs in all phases of development and execution.
Requirements
- Subject matter expert in Supplier Quality processes and procedures
- Knowledge of product design life cycle
- Knowledge of Procurement Processes
- Knowledge of USG Contracting
- Knowledge of Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP)
- Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) knowledge
- Manufacturing readiness (AS6500) knowledge
Responsibilities
- Develop Supplier Quality strategy to support programs in all phases of development and execution
- Leads team with integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals, program processes and documentation.
- Develops Quality criteria to support supplier selection activities.
- Develops and selects methods for analysis, testing and audit to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.
- Executes the above where candidate may be sole SQE supporting program
- Develops and implements corrective actions.
- Performs benchmarking and other forms of advanced analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.
