Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Inc. (SEWS) needs to coordinate and monitor quality activities for their customer, Honda Manufacturing of Alabama, ensuring clear communication regarding quality, performance, requirements, and documents between SEWS locations and Honda.
Requirements
- Sufficient Computer skills to create and revise reports and create presentations to explain information to customer and internal presentations
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and monitors quality activities for our customer, Honda Manufacturing of Alabama.
- Provides and assures clear, concise communication between all SEWS locations and assigned Honda facility and departments on matters of quality, performance, requirements, and documents.
- Responds to and monitors customers’ request, requirements and inquiries from multiple Honda locations.
- Collects quality information at multiple customer facilities to establish proper quality standards by patrolling customer processes and discovering areas of improvement to prevent customer claims.
- Assures that details of the facts and documents the customer claims when a customer claim or complaint is received.
- Assists in creating Counter Measures and Sorting Standard to prevent Flow Out.
- Assists in tracking and approvals of all IPPAAR’s and IPP tags.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or suitable technical field
- 1-5 years’ experience
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
