Nakupuna Solutions is seeking a Quality Engineer III to provide software performance testing, data collection and analysis, subject matter expertise, and mentorship supporting the execution of a large size, multi-year contract to the Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) Army Military Payroll (AMP)
Requirements
- Experience with Software Testing applications such as Azure Dev Ops (ADO), Tricentis Tosca, ALM, PeopleSoft, Workday, or other ERP experience
- Certifications in IAT Level II and SAFe for Teams preferred
- Solid working knowledge of Quality Engineering processes
- Ability to work with multiple systems, platforms, environments, or browsers
- Experience with automated testing
- Experience with defect tracking and reporting
- Experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) deliverables
Responsibilities
- Reviews software requirements and specifications to develop and execute testing strategies for a product or release
- Codes reusable test functions or components
- Executes manual as well as automated tests to assess software functionality and performance using multiple systems, platforms, environments, or browsers
- Identifies, logs, and track defects
- Reports technical issues to development or product management teams and verifies fixes
- Performs work under minimal supervision
- Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff
Other
- Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC and/or private sector preferred
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Current Secret clearance required
- Great interpersonal/communication skills
- Ability to translate customer requirements to team goals
