Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company (EBAD) is seeking college students for its 2026 summer internship program to gain real-world experience, solve real-world challenges, and change the way the company does business.
Requirements
- enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Engineering, Operational Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or another related field
- self-starters who can work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards for quality and documentation is a must in all internship positions
- ability to communicate effectively across a variety of departments
Responsibilities
- supporting work which will include data collection and interpretation
- root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- process defect identification and reduction
