JLG, an Oshkosh company, is looking to resolve growing safety concerns in the construction industry by delivering innovative solutions to the access market. This role is responsible for overall process and product quality, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Creo
Responsibilities
- Review and update quality documentation.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to correct and prevent quality issues.
- Assist in problem solving and implementing solutions to quality related problems.
- Assist staff with the disposition of defective material.
- Participate in quality audits internally and externally.
- Assist in supplier quality and process control.
- Report and respond to quality process nonconformance issues in an expedient manner.
Other
- Maintain a positive, professional working relationship with all customers.
- Responsible for supporting Quality Department Staff.
- Actively participate in group and team meetings.
- Travel as required.
- Must be willing to complete additional advanced training/educational courses as required.
