Boston Scientific is looking to solve the business problem of ensuring patient safety and quality of care by analyzing post-market product performance data to understand if products are performing as intended. The goal is to identify areas for continuous improvement and potential cost savings.
Requirements
- Knowledge of analytical techniques and statistical analysis.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Act as an effective leader or team member in supporting the investigation and monitoring of BSC product performance.
- Analyze post market surveillance data for patterns and trends and investigating when necessary.
- Participate in new analytical tools and harmonization of post-market trending and analysis.
Other
- Must graduate in fall 2026
- Currently pursing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Statistics.
- Must have at least one semester of school left post-internship
- Must be able to commit to one of the following full internship program periods: May 18th – August 7th OR May 26th – August 14th
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the Arden Hills Boston Scientific Corporate location
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and passion to learn new technologies and find new solutions.
