Hitachi Energy USA Inc is looking to solve quality issues in their High Voltage Products Business Unit by implementing quality methodologies and ensuring products meet the highest standards, directly impacting the reliability of energy infrastructure and contributing to reducing carbon emissions globally.
Requirements
- Experience in Quality processes and concepts in the SAP Quality Module
- Prior experience working with SAP S4/HANA
- Prior relevant Industry experience, knowledge of Quality Management and concepts
- Certification or experience in problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to meet customer-specific quality requirements
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor and evaluate risk mitigation measures
- Lead change management processes for product and process modifications
- Interpret quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Support Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis using tools like 5 Whys and fishbone diagrams
Other
- Able to address promptly and effectively quality issues in order to eliminate or reduce their impact, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
- Bachelor's degree and experience in Business Operations and quality processes.
