Assist the Quality Assurance function as technical support in issues affecting manufacturing and support and drive corrective action efforts.
Requirements
- Perform defect analysis reporting.
- Perform MRB on sustained products.
- Participate in CAC meetings – support continuous improvement.
- Perform line and product audits.
- Assist Quality Engineering in APQP.
Responsibilities
- Ensure capability studies are performed on critical processes.
- Support of quality improvement initiatives for the continuous improvement of processes.
- Monitoring processes, collecting, checking, and evaluating data.
- Support CAPA and NC initiatives.
- Support with internal and external audits.
- Collecting data and performing various analytical/statistical analyzes and interpretations as part of process optimization and day-to-day support.
- Perform first article inspection and review visual aids.
