Requirements
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

Responsibilities
- Supports business needs in all areas related to Nadcap and AS9100 QMS adherence.
- Conducts research to evaluate potential solutions related to changes in equipment design, procedures, or training to ensure the process yield improves and all aspects of customer requirements are met.
- Performs quality related tasks related to testing, troubleshooting, repairing and modification of CNC manufacturing, hardware assembly, testing processes, liquid and vacuum brazing processes.
- Establishes and implements quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costs.
- Reviews and provides analytical input to documents, such as proposals or other operational procedures, to support studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
- May manage small projects or processes.
- Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures.
