The company is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager to lead their facility operations and maintenance team, focusing on ensuring peak efficiency, performance, reliability, and safety in commercial or government facilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with CMMS systems in a facilities operations environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs for facility operations and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead quality assurance programs and implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and reliability.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities, analyze trends, and improve processes.
- Drive root cause analysis for performance issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Train and mentor operations staff on quality protocols and CMMS utilization.

- Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline preferred.
