Apple's Networking Operations team is looking for a Quality Engineering Manager to help deliver the next generation Networking features to customers on iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Requirements
- You will have strong programming skills with Python, C/C++
- You will have experience developing scripts and tools
- Experience with applications of AI/ML across multiple use cases
- Skilled at debugging, troubleshooting, and critical thinking on bug prioritization.
Responsibilities
- lead the team and be involved in triaging, automated and manual testing, making customer feedback actionable, developing new processes, frequently releasing software updates and driving web platform and compatibility testing.
- leverage AI/ML tools to speed up test automation.
- work closely with the Networking and Build/Release teams
- work with multi-functional teams across iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS to ship high quality Networking features on all these platforms.

- 5+ years experience leading and developing a Quality Engineering team of highly skilled engineers in a cross-functional environment
- You have proven track record of defining and leading large scale quality initiatives of networking products.
- Track record of testing and shipping high quality Enterprise/End User Networking products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
