Varian Medical Systems, a Siemens Healthineers company, is looking to ensure that incoming materials, products, and services meet all agreed specifications and quality standards through a Quality Incoming Inspections Specialist.
Requirements
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of incoming parts, raw materials, and assemblies against drawings, specifications, and established quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain measurement and testing records, making data available for further analysis and reporting.
- Generate first article inspection reports.
- Review and verify supplier-provided certifications (e.g., Certificates of Conformance, material certifications, test reports).
- Assist with the setup and validation of new test equipment and measurement tools.
- Support the ongoing maintenance and calibration of inspection tools and equipment.
- Assist with automated part program Qualifications.
