The Inspection Technician level C supports Quality Engineers in ensuring that products and services meet company standards and end-user requirements by assisting in the analysis and resolution of product conformance issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience with visual inspections
- Proficient use of MS Office Suite
- Experience conducting Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
- Basic knowledge of IPC-610 and IPC-620 standards.
- Basic knowledge of AS9100 Standard
- Experience or exposure to aerospace manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic inspections on electromechanical assemblies and panel/module assemblies.
- Assist in interpreting manufacturing drawings, specifications, and lists to approve or reject units.
- Assist in performing quality planning tasks to ensure product conformance to requirements, including the preparation of control plans, instructions, procedures, and quality records.
- Support the training of inspectors and assist with product and manufacturing process audits to support quality assurance objectives.
- Assist in evaluating defect data to identify trends and collaborate with Quality Engineers to recommend process improvements.
- Help develop basic tools to facilitate efficient execution of quality planning, verification, and analytical processes.
- Help to Support kaizen events, help to summarize outcomes, and make recommendations to management based on sound decision factors and business principles.

- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
