Requirements
- Interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Intermediate understanding of GD&T
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and materials
- Possession of IPC certifications 610, 620, J-STD
- Experience using Oracle MRP/ERP system
- Experience using Dassualt Systemes Velocity MES
Responsibilities
- Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure piece parts and products meet drawing requirements
- Utilizing work instructions provided by manufacturing engineers to collect data
- Completing first article inspections (FAIs)
- In process inspections for drawing compliance
- Final assembly inspections for product acceptance and workmanship
- Cleanroom and laminar flow bench certification
- Receiving inspection processing – dock to stock
Other
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant inspector experience, or, 2 years post Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related inspector experience.
