Requirements
- Use statistical analysis software to develop and interpret quality metrics
- Conduct quality planning activities
- Quality control plan development and execution, conducting measurement system analysis, conducting process capability studies (Cp, Cpk), implementing statistical process control (SPC), development and maintenance of process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA), implementation of mistake proofing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Support the production of high-quality products through the continual improvement of process and product quality and the systems that surround them
- Work with cross-functional teams to Investigate and resolve quality defects
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions utilizing industry standard tools such as 8D, 7-step corrective actions
- Use statistical analysis software to develop and interpret quality metrics
- Conduct quality planning activities
- Quality control plan development and execution, conducting measurement system analysis, conducting process capability studies (Cp, Cpk), implementing statistical process control (SPC), development and maintenance of process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA), implementation of mistake proofing.
Other
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to complete a 12-week Full-Time Summer internship from May/June-August 2026 in Anoka, MN
