The company is looking for a Quality Technician to assist in the implementation and maintenance of all quality system requirements at the plant.
Requirements
- GD&T
- use of Quality Core Tools PFMEA and Control Plans.
- Experience with Problem-solving, 8D methodologies, APQP, MSA
Responsibilities
- APQP print reviews, PPAP dimensional, customer concerns for measuring purposes, DV parts for measuring, capability studies customer visits, gauging, and assisting with supplier issues.
- Responsible for all types of product measuring and testing within the CMM lab and proper reporting of them
- Is responsible for CMM measurements for all components
- May be required to operate various testing/inspection equipment in the Lab(s)/Final Audit
- Follows ASTM methods for testing of parts and specimens that are not a standard part of the existing testing program
- Participate in Audits
Other
- HS diploma/GED required
- 3+ years experience in Quality
- Willing to become an internal auditor
