Hitachi Energy is seeking a Quality Manager to elevate their High Voltage Services operations in the U.S., focusing on improving power reliability and performance through enhanced quality systems, services, and teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business operations and quality processes
- 3+ years of experience with ISO certification and auditing
- Familiarity with SAP is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of quality strategies across High Voltage Services operations
- Coach teams on problem-solving tools like 8D, RCA, and non-conformance management
- Manage internal audits and ensure ISO certification compliance
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate across business units to harmonize and digitize quality processes
- Support warehouse inspections and ensure audit readiness
- Document and standardize best practices for continuous improvement
Other
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-first mindset
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration within industrial or energy sectors
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
