Amentum is seeking a Quality Manager Senior to support the FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract, ensuring alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) compliance standards, contractual obligations, and ARNG G-2 mission objectives.
Requirements
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
- Knowledge of CMMI-SVC Level 3
- Knowledge of DoD quality assurance frameworks
- Experience with quality control and assurance throughout the system lifecycle
- Experience with unit, integration, regression, and security testing of hardware, software, network, and operating system components
- Experience with configuration management, asset tracking, and test and evaluation (T&E) processes
- Experience with quality metrics and lessons learned to support enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives
Responsibilities
- Leads the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of the Quality Management Program (QMP), ensuring alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) compliance standards, contractual obligations, and ARNG G-2 mission objectives.
- Oversees quality across all IS3 Task Order services, deliverables, and performance outcomes to meet or exceed mission effectiveness, compliance, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
- Works close with the Risk Manager within the B2C2WG governance structure to drive quality across all task areas, incorporating standards from ISO 9001:2015, CMMI-SVC Level 3, and DoD quality assurance frameworks.
- Oversees and monitors end-to-end quality control and assurance throughout the system lifecycle, including unit, integration, regression, and security testing of hardware, software, network, and operating system components.
- Establishes and enforces standardized procedures to identify, prevent, and eliminate recurring deficiencies, strengthening compliance and operational performance.
- Oversees the development and use of quality metrics and lessons learned to support enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
- Directs quality oversight of configuration management, asset tracking, and test and evaluation (T&E) processes, collaborating with stakeholders to refine standards and resolve issues.
