The Boeing Company is looking to solve quality management issues in their PAC-3 program by hiring a Quality Multi-Family Manager to support the program and improve quality processes.
Requirements
- Experience working with cross discipline engineering teams
- Experience have leading or managing large projects and/or teams
- More than 3 years of experience in Quality and/or Manufacturing processes and organizations
- More than 3 years of experience with statistical and data analysis and presenting the results
- More than 3 years of experience training and/or mentoring Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities
- Experience with AS9100 and/or a similar Quality Management System standard
- More than 3 years of experience working with Non-Conformance (NCR) processes
Responsibilities
- Performs management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families.
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
- Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
- Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees
Other
- U.S. Citizenship is required for the position
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance is required
- Bachelor’s degree (technical, engineering or STEM field strongly preferred)
- Active U.S. Security Clearance is preferred
- Up to 10% travel may be required
