Ceco Door, an ASSA ABLOY brand, is looking to add a Quality Specialist to ensure quality control and assurance throughout the manufacturing process, driving continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience with Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) and Repeatability & Reproducibility (R&R)
- Working knowledge of FEMA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis (SPC) and problem-solving tools
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Preferred certifications: ASQ Certified in Statistical Process Controls (SPC), Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Certified Quality Technician (CQT) and Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA)
- 2-5 years of experience in quality control or assurance in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience/exposure working within Metal Fabrication, Hollow Metal, Door or Building Materials industries are highly desirable
