Emerson is looking for a Quality Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in Stafford, TX, to ensure products and services meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of valves, castings, machining/welding, assembly, testing, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with ASME Codes, ANSI, ASTM, military specs, and welding/material standards.
- Proficiency with ISO/PED standards and NDE methods (CWE/CWI preferred).
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF).
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use inspection/measuring equipment.
- Experience with CMM/FARO systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and upskill inspection and QA documentation teams to deliver results.
- Analyze data to improve efficiency, team performance, and overall product quality.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce PPM issues and increase speed of execution.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring certifications and compliance are always up to date.
- Oversee inspection and test activities to confirm quality standards in materials, facilities, and finished products.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve processes and customer experience.
