The Boeing Company is looking for an Experienced Quality Systems Specialist to join the Fabrication Core Quality team to ensure early quality involvement in program development and assist in the development and integration of strategic programs and processes to meet business goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in developing & supporting project plans through the full project lifecycle
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • 3+ years of experience data mining, processing, and analysis
  • 3+ years of experience developing presentations for leadership
  • Experience in project and program management
  • Tableau
  • Experience in utilizing database management, programming, statistical modeling and/or machine learning tools

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals, including sourcing strategy and cost imperatives
  • Support project management activities by coordinating project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
  • Facilitate project meetings to track progress, address issues, and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders
  • Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and refine business cases for leadership approval
  • Collect, organize, and provide data according to established processes within the management system to maintain the status of programs, customer, and supplier commitments and compliance, ensuring follow-up actions for issue resolution
  • Review proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements to ensure early quality involvement in program development
  • Prepare and maintain quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics to assure compliance with program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards, and working agreements

  • Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area
