The Boeing Company is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to join the Boeing 777 quality team to improve quality systems, utilize data for decision-making, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with the Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- 1+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
- Proficient using the Microsoft applications, including; Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- 1+ years of experience in project management
- 1+ years of experience implementing lean principles
- Experience in utilizing database management, programming, statistical modeling and/or machine learning tools such as; SQL, R, Python, JMP, Tableau, etc
- Experience developing and supporting project plans through the full project lifecycle
Responsibilities
- Leads cross-functional teams across multi-site to create and deploy policies, processes, procedures and metrics to align with program objectives, customers expectations, and regulatory requirements
- Utilize data analysis and metrics to identify root causes and develop action plans
- Leads cross-functional organizations in analysis of processing data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems, develop and implement preventive or corrective actions
- Conducts research, compiles and analyzes reports to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Leads efforts to identify projects and processes improvement implementations
- Implements solutions for corrective action solutions
- Keeps senior leadership informed about the preparation and outcomes of internal and third-party audits
