Jabil is looking for a Quality Systems Specialist to execute the Device History Records (DHR) process and provide support for the Quality Systems department, ensuring compliance and efficient record management.

- Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Excel and database programs
- Ability to obtain data, prepare reports
Responsibilities
- Executes site DHR program ensuring timely review and submission of DHR’s to customers
- Generates and controls DHR guidance information for customer specific addendums and DHR reconciliation information
- Supports the site’s DHR process by qualifying new customer DHR implementation
- Supports maintenance of DHR required records electronically and in hardcopy
- Maintains and updates documents related to Quality Systems Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions as they relate to DHR process
- Follows up on rejected and on-hold DHRs and escalates as appropriate
- Ensures that DHR program is compliant with corporate policies
Other
- High school diploma OR equivalent AND relevant experience in engineering technical disciplines
- Advanced reading, writing and math skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Ability to deal with tight deadlines which change rapidly is required
- Works safely at all times and complies with Environmental Health and Safety standards and work practices along with all other work rules
