The company is looking for a Quality Inspector to help ensure the quality of manufactured parts and materials. This involves reading drawings, using measuring tools, documenting quality issues, and participating in quality assurance processes.
Requirements
- Knowledge of JD Edwards system
- Basic Knowledge and how to use Office products
Responsibilities
- Be able to read and understand part drawings.
- Be able to read calipers & protractors, tape measures.
- Be able to learn how to use other necessary calibrated tools used in other depts.
- Help with calibration of measuring devices, and documentation for the location.
- Enter MDR information into the MDR access database & JDE.
- Help facilitate the MRB (Materials Review Board) process.
- Conduct Quality audits in the operation production Depts for QA department.
Other
- 3 years of experience in an operations / manufacturing (or similar) environment required;
- Self-starter
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing environment;
- Effective written and oral communication, working with multifunctional teams and team leadership.
