Requirements
- Strong Python and SQL knowledge, including complex queries, stored procedures, etc.
- Experience with relational databases and query optimization to pull and summarize large datasets with focus on efficiency and reducing server impacts
- Advanced analytics experience, with preferred knowledge in one or more of these tools: SSRS, Power BI, Alteryx
Responsibilities
- Synthesize data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns
- Use advanced data discovery and data mining tools to reveal relationships and trends in data
- Extract data from various sources using SQL, Python, etc.
- Develop KPIs, create dashboards and develop analyses including segmentations, trends, optimizations and other techniques
- Convert data to actionable insights and leverage data visualization tools to effectively tell a story
- Work directly with business partners to evaluate needs, develop end-to-end solutions, and implement those solutions within budget, control requirements, and SLAs
Other
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, analytical, or related field
- 3 years of experience in an advanced analytics role
- Critical and analytical thinking with a data-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Functional industry experience in product, marketing, credit/risk or finance
