Develop, plan, and execute scalable analytical frameworks to drive innovation across the Data & Analytics community at Chase

Requirements

  • Proficient in data science tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Alteryx, Split.io, Snowflake, and AWS preferred
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and knowledge of data usage and structures
  • Ability to define business KPIs, establish measurement frameworks, design and analyze controlled experiments (A/B testing)
  • Proven thought leader in analytics, capable of framing business questions and executing analytical plans
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, with attention to detail and strategic thinking
  • Ability to convey complex information to senior executives

Responsibilities

  • Rapidly develop hypotheses, conduct analysis, and prioritize key insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Deliver compelling data narratives with actionable recommendations
  • Be on the leading edge of developing and using new data, demonstrating its value, and scaling usage across the firm
  • Utilize strategic, analytical, and data skills to address enterprise challenges and shape the future of Digital Data Analytics
  • Develop and implement scalable data frameworks that align with strategic priorities and business opportunities
  • Translate analytical and AI/ML ambitions into data usage needs and requirements for products, data, and technology at scale
  • Communicate complex data-driven insights to executive leadership, driving innovation and strategic decision-making for the digital platform

Other

  • 7+ years of related experience (e.g., digital, customer, marketing, sales analytics)
  • Bachelor's in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Data Science); advanced degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills to align diverse views and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent at conveying complex information to senior executives
  • Financial services experience preferred, but not required
