Hudson River Trading is looking to improve its campus recruiting process for Quant Research positions.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms
- Experience working with analytics/reporting tools
- Experience with quantitative research hiring and/or working with top math and quantitative talent
Responsibilities
- Designing effective interview processes
- Utilizing in-house tools (Greenhouse, Gem, or others) to monitor and improve pipeline metrics
- Leveraging data to identify drop-off points or inefficiencies and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Managing all aspects of the offer process
- Partnering with Recruiting Coordinators to ensure a highly efficient and streamlined interview process
- Ideating on how to identify top talent
- Collaborating with stakeholders on updates to evaluation processes
Other
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical thinker with a process-oriented mindset and a keen attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Estimated base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 per year
