CTC is looking to solve the industry's most challenging problems in pricing and managing risk by hiring Quant Trading Associates who will learn all aspects of the trading operation and work towards a role that generates trading revenue for the team.
Requirements
- Basic programming skills or a willingness to learn Python
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
Responsibilities
- An introduction to options pricing, theory, trading philosophies, and programming courses
- Participation in data-driven research for the purpose of alpha generation
- Identify trading opportunities
- Communicate with traders, risk managers, software engineers, and quants throughout the trading day
- Learn all aspects of the trading operation
- Work towards a role that generates trading revenue for the team
- Exposure to technology through our combined trading and technology curriculum
