Susquehanna is looking to expand its in-house recruiting team to support front office development recruiting efforts and hire top-notch talent across the organization.
Requirements
- front office tech recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Experience recruiting technical and/or quantitative candidates necessary; knowledge of the development space a must
- Experience working in a highly selective hiring environment with technology and/or technical candidates, required
- Demonstrated recruiting experience, including sourcing, developing candidate relationships and interviewing, required
Responsibilities
- Partnering with technology managers and recruiters to drive the development of sourcing pipelines for high-impact technology roles
- Building your network and develop relationships with prospective candidates to build their interest in current or future opportunities with Susquehanna
- Researching competitors and industry trends to develop creative job ads to attract new talent and increase qualified applications
- Measuring success of sourcing and marketing efforts through metrics and making recommendations for change based on your findings
- Developing relationships with local technical meetups with a focus on sponsoring events and building brand awareness
- Working with our Recruitment Marketing & Social Media Specialists on targeted campaigns to attract high caliber candidates
Other
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a fast-paced, constantly changing recruiting environment
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task autonomously, required
- Excellent oral, written, and phone communication skills are essential
- Ability to creatively solve and present good solutions to problems, required
- Will not require visa sponsorship within three years of date of application
