BHG Financial is looking to solve the problem of enhancing its loan origination and production processes by leveraging data and analytics to inform business strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
- Proficiency in statistical modeling and data analysis using R or Python, with solid experience working with large datasets and writing complex SQL queries.
- Skilled with data visualization and dashboarding, preferably using Power-BI or Tableau
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments including Sales, Sales Ops, Product, Marketing, Credit etc. to understand business context and solve problems
- Advanced degree (master’s or PhD) in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Economics or a related quantitative field
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analytics/Data Science roles in a corporate setting
