PNC is looking to enhance its Balance Sheet Analytics and Modeling (BSAM) organization by leveraging data-driven insights for portfolio, capital allocation, and risk-based decisions. The goal is to provide analytical foresight and insight to make effective decisions related to risk appetite, return, profitable growth, portfolio optimization, and strategy, reflecting PNC's increasing sophistication in modeling and analytics.
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis, preferably using SQL, Python, R, and/or Tableau.
Responsibilities
- Performs or assists the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results (e.g., process support, internal customer interaction, or supporting internal projects).
- Works under supervision and may have limited approval and/or exception authority.
- Participates in social learning within the organization (e.g., identifies and networks with business representatives and peers, participates in mentoring, job shadowing and community outreach).

Other
- Working toward bachelor’s degree, preferably STEM or business majors (e.g. Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business). Other majors can be considered if there is a strong proven interest in analytics.
- Junior status.
- Minimum GPA 3.2.
