The Wellbeing Collective is looking to support the digitalization and implementation of various digital tools for analytical and stability workstreams within their R&D department, focusing on new product development life cycles.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with digital tools and programming principles.
- Ability to apply scientific principles and techniques to assigned projects.
- Understanding of stability studies and analytical sciences.
- Experience in research & development, stability testing, and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Implement LIMS for product stability studies at both development and commercial trial stages. Develop new templates and coordinate study setup to facilitate laboratory team execution.
- Collaborate with analytical scientists to build the stability studies database in LIMS by integrating existing datasets.
- Enhance data interpretation and kinetic modeling by utilizing Data Lab's capabilities to address challenges in data analysis for product stability studies.
- Develop standardized templates and define a systematic workstream to ensure effective implementation of Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) practices.
- Provide training and ongoing support to the R&D product development team for the integration of digital tools into daily workflows.
Other
- Adhere to GMPs, SHE requirements, and other applicable regulations, ensuring timely completion of SHE assigned trainings.
