Keysight is looking to hire a Software Engineering Intern for their Signal Generator Team within the High Frequency Measurements (HFM) Division to contribute to the development of advanced signal generators and related instruments, potentially exploring AI applications to enhance product quality and engineering productivity.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in C++ with hands-on experience in software development
- Familiarity with test and measurement (T&M) instruments is a plus
- Experience with applied AI techniques is highly desirable
- Practical knowledge of Angular framework is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Developing software for the hardware control layer (HCL) and/or signal generator applications
- Participating in Agile Scrum practices and team roles
- Designing and implementing software for electronic test and measurement instruments
- Gaining hands-on experience in instrument control and automation
- Exploring applications of AI to enhance product quality and engineering productivity
Other
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s (Junior or Senior standing) or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a passion for exploring emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working effectively in team environments
