Hollister Incorporated is looking to solve the problem of developing new products in the ostomy business through the R&D New Product Development (NPD) Intern role.
Requirements
- Basic proficiency in company standard office automation software
- Possess basic mathematical & statistical ability
- Collects and records data in an organized and legible fashion
- Follows quality processes when handling assignments
Responsibilities
- Performs prescribed laboratory tests using approved methods
- Prepares samples & assists in preparing prototypes
- Creates and maintains effective and accurate laboratory records
- Maintains a laboratory notebook in compliance with department policy
- Assists in maintaining laboratory equipment and materials inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Other
- Participation in an accredited program of study leading to a Baccalaureate degree in an engineering discipline
- Regular attendance is expected of all associates
- Reliable transportation to Hollister’s Libertyville headquarters is required
- Cooperate with other team members
- Demonstrates interest in team activities and positively contributes to outcomes
