Requirements
- Proven Analytical Skills: You must be able to not only analyze complex data but also translate your findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Revenue Cycle Expertise: A strong understanding of the professional billing revenue cycle, including claims submission, denial management, and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Data Visualization & Reporting: Experience working with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and collaborating with IT to build and maintain dashboards.

- Partner with our IT department to design and implement custom dashboards and reporting tools.
- These tools will be essential for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking service level agreements (SLAs), and providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline billing processes, implement best practices, and optimize workflows to increase efficiency and revenue capture.
- Continuously monitor and report on the financial health of assigned practices, providing regular updates and recommendations to management.
