Requirements
- Strong background in front-end development with extensive experience in modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Experience with front-end development tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of browser compatibility and device support.
- Understanding of security and performance optimization techniques.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of user interfaces for BMC’s data automation platforms, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to translate user requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
- Establish and enforce UI/UX best practices, coding standards, and accessibility guidelines across the development team.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize front-end performance for various browsers and devices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of UI development.
- Participate in planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Assist in defining the product’s visual and interaction design, ensuring consistency and usability across all platforms.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in UI development.
