Requirements
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features
- Experience with React.js and its core principles, such as component lifecycle, state management, and hooks
- Ability to create responsive designs using HTML5 and CSS3, along with familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS
- Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha
- Experience with RESTful services and APIs
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Java, Web Framework
- Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages
- Experience across the whole Software Development Life Cycle
- Exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
- Familiarity with Web Services, Spring Boot, with understanding of Microservices architecture
- Exposure to cloud technologies
Responsibilities
- Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
- Writes secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language
- Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications
- Code, design, and testing in a heterogeneous technology environment
- Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
- Gathers, analyzes, and draws conclusions from large, diverse data sets to identify problems and contribute to decision-making in service of secure, stable application development
- Learns and applies system processes, methodologies, and skills for the development of secure, stable code and systems
