Infosys is seeking a React JS Developer to interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle for defining application architecture, designing high-level artifacts, and delivering high-quality code.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS and NextJS for building scalable web applications.
- 4+ years of overall software development experience.
- 2+ years of proven experience in a Team Lead role.
- Deep understanding of ReactJS, NextJS, and their core principles.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Solid grasp of JavaScript (and optionally TypeScript or ClojureScript) with ES6+ syntax.
- Experience in creating, optimizing, and integrating API calls; background in API development is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and testing of ReactJS and NextJS applications.
- Managing and mentoring the Offshore development team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Handling stakeholder communication and onshore coordination.
- Conducting code reviews, managing builds and deployments, and working closely with the DevOps team.
- Ensuring optimal performance of components across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Driving technical excellence and continuous improvement across the team.

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area.
