Leidos is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support a complex program providing Agile development and operations and maintenance for critical systems on a mission-critical program supporting the Passenger Systems Program Directorate (PSPD) within Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Requirements
- React
- React, Redux, HTML, CSS, JSX, ES6, Redux, JSON, NPM, Node
- JAVA, JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React and its core principles
- Microservices/RESTful APIs
- HTML/CSS/SCSS
- modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT)
Responsibilities
- architect, design, build, deliver, and enhance highly available, scalable, real-time systems
- exercise your judgment in determining and recommending the best designs based on customer business objectives, timelines, and other resource constraints
- participate in and/or direct major deliverable of projects through all aspects of the software development life cycle including scope and work estimation, architecture and design, coding, and unit testing
- support a complex program providing Agile development and operations and maintenance for critical systems
- develop cloud ready applications and/or experience migrating applications to the cloud
- frontend development experience
- experience with Microservices/RESTful APIs
Other
- BS/BA degree and 5 years of related experience or Master’s with 4 years of related experience; OR 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree
- Self-starter with experience with Enterprise level applications and can guide large team
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodology and working in a SecDevOps environment
- This position REQUIRES the candidate to be in Ashburn, VA, two days a week
